I hate winter. Not only because its absolutely freezing and they are calling for another huge snow storm next week, but because its also cold and flu season. I got my flu shot and am crossing my fingers that it works but in the meantime I am currently battling a nasty nasty cold. I knew about a lot of these because of Alina. I have to feed her really good foods.. blueberries, chicken, avocado, yams or sweet potatoes, yogurt….! We’ve been lucky this year for our winter. Usually it is really dreary and dark, raining all of the time. This year, we’ve had tons of sun. It’s been wonderful!
