Weekly Goals

I find that Sunday nights can be overwhelming. It is still the weekend, not yet the work week, and I find myself trying to remember what I have planned, what needs to be done, etc. My mind is racing around the time that I should be falling asleep and resting up for the impending Monday. I loved Jennifer’s post today, so simple and organized. Her expectations for the week are listed and that’s it. No excuses, no explanation, just her goals written down. I’m stealing that inspiration today because I could seriously use a little help on a Monday.

This week… I will eat healthier meals

This week… I will start reading one of the 5 books I recently bought

This week… I will clean my room AND CLOSET

This week… I will be kinder to those around me

This week… I will give work my 110% effort

This week… I’ll work out at least 3 times

This week…I’ll cook two new dishes

Oh man, I am so with you, it’s not even funny. I’m starting to feel defeated this week and it’s only Tuesday night!!! Alina is having a hard time at daycare, leaving me feeling sad and sorry for her unhappiness. Did I mention the guilt? I am feeling plenty of guilt for her and towards the lady that has to put up with her upset behaviour. I’m also SICK and so is Rob. This awful cold won’t go away- so I think once this cold is gone I can better see how I am adjusting to being a full time working mom, wife, COOK, exercising, blogger. Bah!

This week… I will not burst into tears…………… again. 😉
