Baltimore in a Box STORE!

IMG_1245

If you live in Baltimore there’s a pretty good chance you’ve heard of the box company that’s taking Charm City by storm. But if you haven’t, let me fill you in on our little secret.

Baltimore in a Box is a company that allows you to build a box filled with Baltimore specific goodies and mail it to someone you love. You can add items like UTZ Crab Chips, Berger Cookies, Bail Bonds Pens, bumper stickers, Otterbein Cookies and more. It’s the ultimate gift for someone who just moved, is from the area, or a Baltimore fanatic. I’ve also seen them used as gifts for bridal parties and welcome presents during weddings.

I’ve worked with Baltimore in a Box in the past, you can check out that blog post HERE. As soon I heard that they opened a store, I ran to check it out. I mean a store that holds allllll of the best Baltimore themed items? I’m all about it.

The best part about the Baltimore in a Box store is that you can build your own box right there or purchase individual items as well, but building a box is highly encouraged! Shelves of Maryland themed goodies filled the shop and I wanted everything. They had The Charmery waffle cone scented car fresheners, artwork, edible treats, Fed Thrill sunglasses and more. Some of my favorite vendors send their items to Baltimore in a Box to fill boxes and I love the partnership between the local companies.

Damian (one of the awesome folks behind Baltimore in a Box) met with me and we built a 5 item box and a 10 item box so you could see what options are available if you visit the shop.

Items Include: Caramel Creams, Berger Cookies, Zekes Coffee, UTZ Crab Chips, and Fishers Popcorn

Items Include: Mr. Trash Wheel artwork, Otterbein Cookies, UTZ Crab Balls, Caramel Creams, Zekes Coffee, Herr’s Old Bay Chips, Fishers Popcorn, Berger Cookies, Old Bay Seasoning and an Old Bay koozie.

You can fill your box with any item from the shop that you pick out, however some items are considered premiums and will add to the price.

If you can’t sneak away to check out the shop or you don’t live local- check them out ONLINE where you can purchase a box and send it via the mail to your special someone or even yourself! I have to be honest, I’ve considered sending myself one at least once…

I noticed the store a few days ago when I was heading to lunch- it’s so close to my office! This is very exciting for a great Baltimore business.

I thought it must be close because I went from there to Target and my GPS took me past Haven? I remember you talking about that area!

I had no idea that they had a store- fairly certain that I will be visiting them this week. I have been obsessed with their IG since they began and I just think this is the COOLEST thing ever!

I just built a Baltimore in a Box for some friends of mine last week! They were having a horrible day, and so I thought, “What could be better than Fisher’s popcorn and Mr. Trash Wheel artwork?” :)
