Life Lately V.7

As usual, life lately has been wild and crazy but a whole lot of fun! August was a whirlwind as we traveled every single weekend but we’ve been home more this month and I’m looking forward to staying put the entire month of October too!

Today marks one year since I met the Bmore Blogger Babes in real life and I can’t remember what it was like not knowing them! We text almost daily and the support I get from these girls is unlike any other friendship.

House Sitting

Chris and I are house sitting for his parents right now and it’s been nice to get out of the city for a little bit. At the same time I find myself wondering what’s happening in my neighborhood or the Inner Harbor and its weird to know that I’m 20-30 minutes away!

Work Update

The biggest news right now is that I got a promotion! I was the Event Coordinator and am now the Event Manager for WPB. I’ve had the title of Event Coordinator for four years and I’m so excited to see the hard work I’ve been putting into my role has been recognized.

Packing Up!

I’m moving! More details to come, but for now I’m looking forward to starting the packing process and purging anything I’ve been holding onto for no reason. Some people hate moving and although I am not a fan of the last few days when I can’t find anything, I enjoy the actual packing process because it forces me to get rid of things I don’t need.

Summer Programming

Summer programming for work is ending next week but I have three large events in October and November. Once we hit November 6th I’ll be able to breathe a little easier and spend more time with my favorite people.

It’s good to be a Baltimore sports fan! The Orioles and Ravens have both won the last two Sundays. Its so crazy how invested I am in both teams right now and it’s the end of one season and beginning of another. This boy in my life is making me care about sports…who knew that was even possible?!

1SE

My 1 Second Everyday videos are almost done. I started the project on October 6, 2015 and although I’ve missed a few days here and there I’m excited to see what a full year in one second clips looks like! Stay tuned over the next few weeks for that video!

I can’t believe the holiday season is almost here! I’m very much looking forward to Thanksgiving and Christmas this year. I think I get excited about holidays more than most people because as an event planner I start thinking and dreaming about them months in advance.

What’s been going on in your life lately?

Here I am a week late to catching up with your posts- I have been missing them so much! You have KILLED it with events and bringing life to Baltimore in so many ways- I admire your willingness to create new events and see what happens. You deserve all of this good in so many ways.
