The Basic Fall Bucket List

Tomorrow is the first day of Fall! Bring on the hot apple cider, tall boots, crunchy leaves, and hay rides with my best friends. I love all things Fall EXCEPT for PSL’s. But really- it’s been my favorite season since I was a little girl. I would pick my Halloween costume in the summer each year because I couldn’t wait for October to come around. We’d go to Mr. Pepper’s Pumpkin Patch to pick out the pumpkin I’d decorate for the 4-H contest, some gourds to put around the house and we’d run through the corn maze. I’m happiest in crisp jeans and a long sleeved shirt and I’d drink apple cider every day if I could.

I love the cool days and chilly nights so I’m pretty upset that the first day of Fall will be 80 degrees. If you see me walking around the harbor with a scarf on it’s because I’ve given up on reality completely.

To get in the Fall spirit I’ve made a bucket list for the best season ever and will give it my all to cross each item off the list before winter strikes. Anyone wanna join in?

Go pumpkin picking

Crunch through leaves

Eat Mama C’s pumpkin dip

Make a caramel apple bar

Dress up for Halloween

Eat an apple cider donut

Decorate for fall

Make two dishes for Thanksgiving

Bake a pie

Go on a fall foliage drive just to check out the leaves

Buy a new flannel shirt + scarf

Decorate a pumpkin

Bake Halloween treats
