Conversation Heart & Chocolate Pretzels

The sweetness of sugary conversation hearts, rich chocolate rolos, and salty pretzels are the perfect combination for a delicious treat! Valentine’s Day is coming up and I’m a sucker for homemade treats. I especially love gifting them to my friends and family!

These conversation heart chocolate pretzels are quick and easy to make when you’re on a time crunch or have little hands that want to help! I put mine out on a plate for friends to nibble while at the house and also took a few into work to share with my co-workers. Either way, they are a great treat for the holiday.

  • Pretzels
  • Rolos
  • Conversation Hearts
  • Parchment paper

  1. Pre-heat oven at 250 degrees
  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
  3. Place pretzels on the paper and put a rolo on top of each pretzel
  4. Bake for 2-3 minutes until softened
  5. Remove from the oven and gently press a heart on top of each candy
  6. Let cool before packaging or eating!

You are killing me with these recipes. Chocolate covered pretzels are some of my favorites, so I imagine these are just as delicious. Although, I don’t like those heart things, I have never been a fan. It makes me sad because they are so cute!

Switch out the hearts for red and pink M&M’s! I promise they will still be amazing!

This is such a cute idea! I love making these pretzel treats but adding a conversation heart is super fun!

I feel like I don’t use the conversation hearts enough during the season! I buy a bag and snack on them but they are so fun to include in recipes! Maybe as cupcake toppers? Stuck into the icing on blondie brownie bars? The options are endless!
