Creamy Pumpkin Dip

IMG_9956

It’s almost Fall ya’ll and that means cinnamon and pumpkin flavors will be coming out of my kitchen on a weekly basis! I tried to resist but I already have a few recipes lined up ready to make and share with you over the next few weeks!

This one is my all time favorite and something I look forward to each Fall. Isn’t it weird how we do that? Canned pumpkin is available in the grocery store all year long, but the shelves are cleared of it come September, October, and November. I refuse to eat ginger snaps and gingerbread unless it’s the tail end of the year and I think that’s totally normal.

So back to my all time favorite Fall food- my Mama’s pumpkin dip! She started making this recipe when I was little and now I make it for myself each year (and graciously accept the container she makes for me as well). As the first gust of chilly air hit my skin the craving for pumpkin dip came with it!

It’s so simple, yet so delicious! I always use ginger snaps to do the scooping but you could play around with graham crackers, chocolate wafers, fruit! The possibilities are endless!
