Baked Caramel Apples

Happy first week of Fall everyone! I went to the Farmers Market this weekend and stocked up on gourds, pumpkins and some Fall inspired flowers. I also have stocked our new pumpkin candy dish with candy corn and sometimes lift the lid just to smell them… is that weird? The smell of candy corn is so so good!

Anyway, I love seasonal treats and only allow myself to indulge in them during their season so Chris has been the taste tester for some pumpkin, cinnamon, and apple flavored delicousness and I’m sure he’s not minding one bit!

I tested out a new dessert recipe this week which was a HUGE hit and I’m shocked it’s taken this long to make. Baked Caramel Apples! I love the flavors of caramel an apples together but don’t like the mess that a traditional caramel apple provides. This recipe is an easier way to enjoy the gooey caramel apple that signifies Fall is here!
