1405 Point

I was invited this weekend by honeygrow and Harbor Point to tour the newest building- 1405 Point. I’m no stranger to Harbor Point since part of my job is to activate the park space on the property, but it was really special to be one of the first to see the property before it opens in early Spring 2018.

Harbor Point is a new neighborhood under development along the waterfront of the Inner Harbor. Upon completion Harbor Point will be composed of 3 million square feet of mixed use space on 27 acres. So far they are the home of many office, apartments, honeygrow, Core Power Yoga, Ceremony Coffee, West Elm, Sandlot and Plant Bar will be opening soon.

1405 Point is the newest building  on the property and will be opening late Winter/early Spring 2018. It will be 17 floors of apartments, retail, unique amenities for residents (including a rooftop pool!) and within walking distance of the Inner Harbor and Fells Point.

We started our tour on Sunday morning at honeygrow and suited up in our protective gear! Active construction sites are no joke!

There were three tours on Sunday, I opted for the first one and it ended up being an intimate group with just four of us. I really enjoyed getting to know @spoticusphotography, @charmcitycook, and a future resident of 1405 Point!

We started on the top floor with spectacular views of Baltimore. The weather was overcast as you can see but I enjoyed it more than I expected. I was a bit nervous we wouldn’t be able to see anything, but the clouds hovering along the skyline were incredibly beautiful.

Our tour guides took us through the building checking out future units, the amentities floor complete with an outdoor deck that will soon hold a pool, and ended the tour with a walk thru of a model unit outfitted with all West Elm goodies.

It was a great morning getting to see a sneak peek of Harbor Point’s newest property! I’m looking forward to checking out the food and fitness centers on the first floor while hosting events at the adjoining plaza this summer!

Check out 1405 Point HERE, Harbor Point HERE and honeygrow HERE. Thanks to all three for a great tour!
