Bye November

monthly recap

Just like that November is over and we only have one more month left in 2017. This month and year flew by so I’m making a conscious effort to do fun things and spend time with the people I love in December.

But now for a little November recap:

On November 1st we took our engagement photos and I could NOT be any more obsessed with them than I already am. I’m going to share a boatload of them sometime this month on the blog so stay tuned! Thanks to Naomi for taking the most beautiful photos. We will cherish these forever.

Michael & Rachel got married! This was the second wedding in our whirlwind two weeks of weddings and it was the union of my cousin and his girlfriend. I was a bridesmaid and the whole family was there so it was really special to see them become Mr & Mrs and have our whole family there for it!

Chris and I were invited to some really fun events this month for the blog! From the opening of a new apartment building to an active construction site. So much fun catching up with old friends and new ones too!

The ice rink is open! It’s hard to believe another season of the PANDORA Ice Rink at Baltimore’s Inner Harbor is here! I’m looking forward to programming fun events over the next few months.

Chris, Katie, Jay and I went to a Networking Under 40 event at the QG’s new clocktower bar. It was great to network and meet new people as well as check out the new bar!

Charm City Meadworks opened their taproom and we had to check it out! I’m not a big beer person and was unsure of whether I’d like mead or not….and I LOVED it! I had the Raspberry Coconut and the Pumpkin, both were absolutely delicious!

Thanksgiving in Delaware was the best couple of days with my family. We ate so good, launched rockets, shot bows, watched Christmas movies and caught up on what we’ve missed over the last few months. A full recap is coming this week on the blog!

Also this month we asked one of Chris’ best friends to marry us, finished our registries at Macy’s and Crate & Barrel, and celebrated a few birthdays!

How was your November?
